About the Role

Supports HR functions and office administration by managing employee records, recruitment processes, payroll data, and front‑desk operations in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
  • Support recruitment activities including vacancy announcements, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and reference checks
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
  • Collect and verify payroll-related information such as attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Monitor employee leave requests and maintain leave records
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Follow up on employee insurance matters and claims
  • Take minutes during HR meetings
  • Provide administrative support to management and departments
  • Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and security arrangements
  • Maintain office records and filing systems
  • Manage office supplies inventory and distribution to branches
  • Monitor operational expenses and prepare administrative reports
  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees
