Supports HR functions and office administration by managing employee records, recruitment processes, payroll data, and front‑desk operations in a logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities including vacancy announcements, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and reference checks
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
- Collect and verify payroll-related information such as attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Monitor employee leave requests and maintain leave records
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate staff performance evaluations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Follow up on employee insurance matters and claims
- Take minutes during HR meetings
- Provide administrative support to management and departments
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and security arrangements
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and distribution to branches
- Monitor operational expenses and prepare administrative reports
