Lead and manage all warehouse, pickup, dispatch, and last‑mile delivery operations in Addis Ababa, ensuring efficient parcel handling, staff supervision, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse, pickup, dispatch, and delivery operations
- Oversee parcel receiving, sorting, storage, tracking, and dispatch processes
- Ensure timely and efficient parcel collection and last‑mile delivery services
- Supervise warehouse staff, dispatch coordinators, drivers, and riders
- Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements
- Monitor operational KPIs, including delivery success rates, parcel volumes, turnaround times, and productivity
- Handle operational challenges, customer escalations, failed deliveries, and returns
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of operational staff
