Senior Accountant – Credit Controller

About the Role

Senior Accountant – Credit Controller responsible for accurate accounting of all company stock, ensuring compliance with international standards, reconciling inventory with general ledger, managing spares and kitting processes, and providing detailed reports to support monthly accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock points
• Consolidate obsolete/slow‑moving items for provisioning or write‑off
• Conduct physical stock verification and report variances
• Manage spares accounting through Oracle
• Approve kitting transactions and ensure proper cost loading
• Reconcile inventory accounts with general ledger monthly
• Prepare end‑month inventory schedules and reports
• Compute correct cost of sales and match revenues
• Provide accurate values for balance sheet and insurance purposes
• Interface POS transactions with Oracle and resolve variances
• Guide retail outlets on inventory financial aspects
