About the Role

The MPESA Marketing Communication and Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, manage brand positioning and creative assets, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive customer engagement and brand equity for M-PESA in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy implementation for M-PESA across all marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across ATL and other channels
  • Manage creative, media, production, and research agencies
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across touchpoints
  • Analyze brand performance and market trends to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams on launches and campaigns
