Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance enterprise sales and operational systems
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Manage lifecycle of enterprise SIMs and devices
- Automate CRM, pipeline, and order management processes
- Support enterprise sales teams with system and operational support
- Improve processes and governance through SOP development and documentation
