Responsibilities
- Develop GTM strategies for digital distribution across regions
- Recruit and expand micro‑merchant channels
- Drive growth of digital airtime sales and mobile money transactions
- Monitor merchant activation and float availability
- Collaborate with regional teams to acquire and activate merchants
- Track distributor, DSA, and merchant performance using sales systems
- Implement corrective actions for underperforming partners
- Support field teams through coaching and training
