Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of a LNG-fired thermal power plant in Conakry, Guinea, overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning while coordinating external consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and contractual compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project activities from development through handover
- Represent Saba Energies as primary contact for consultants and stakeholders
- Monitor consultant performance and compliance
- Prepare reports and decision papers for senior management
- Coordinate meetings and communications
- Track progress against schedules and milestones
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation
- Maintain documentation and reporting systems
