Project Sales Representative

About the Role

Drive project-based sales by building relationships, generating leads, and closing contracts to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with private and government project owners, developers and other clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research
  • Promote and sell products by developing tailored solutions and negotiating contracts
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
  • Plan and execute daily project sales to meet targets
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
  • Track performance, analyze data and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional efforts
  • Collect BID documents, issue Proforma Invoices, collect payments and deliver products
  • Visit project sites to gather BOQ information
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory levels
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Manage key accounts and drive ongoing sales
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
