Drive project-based sales by building relationships, generating leads, and closing contracts to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with private and government project owners, developers and other clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research
- Promote and sell products by developing tailored solutions and negotiating contracts
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Plan and execute daily project sales to meet targets
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Track performance, analyze data and identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional efforts
- Collect BID documents, issue Proforma Invoices, collect payments and deliver products
- Visit project sites to gather BOQ information
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory levels
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Manage key accounts and drive ongoing sales
- Perform other tasks as assigned
