About the Role

The Brand Manager leads all aspects of ROMEL’s brand strategy and execution, from developing positioning and managing ATL campaigns to coordinating PR, events, and sponsorships, while ensuring brand consistency and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand strategy
  • Define and refine brand positioning
  • Manage brand identity across platforms
  • Plan and execute mass‑market communication campaigns (TV, radio, print, outdoor)
  • Coordinate integrated 360° marketing campaigns
  • Build media relationships and manage PR activities
  • Organize corporate events, product launches, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Conduct consumer insights and market research
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships
  • Prepare and control the brand marketing budget
