Oversee end-to-end import and export logistics for Roen Manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with freight partners and customs authorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage import/export shipment activities from planning to delivery
- Process Duty-Free applications through ESW
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government authorities
- Prepare and verify all import/export documentation
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian customs regulations
- Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues
- Monitor shipment status and update management
- Coordinate inland transportation and warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare logistics reports
