Responsibilities
- Lead execution of hotels’ strategic and operational plans
- Develop annual business plans, budgets and performance targets
- Provide operational oversight across all hotel properties
- Ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Coordinate pre-opening activities for new projects
- Support recruitment, training and organizational structuring
- Prepare reports for executive management and the board
