About the Role

The Operations Manager leads strategic and operational management of Robit’s hotel businesses, overseeing performance, finance, and growth while coordinating new project openings and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of hotels’ strategic and operational plans
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets and performance targets
  • Provide operational oversight across all hotel properties
  • Ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Coordinate pre-opening activities for new projects
  • Support recruitment, training and organizational structuring
  • Prepare reports for executive management and the board
