About the Role

The Finance Manager oversees all financial functions—planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, treasury and internal controls—to enable effective executive decision‑making within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations and banking relationships
• Monitor budgets, control costs and recommend performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations and accounting standards
• Coordinate audits and statutory reporting
• Develop the finance team and promote accountability
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
