Lift Technician Team Lead

About the Role

Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevator systems while providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians. Lead daily field activities to ensure high-quality service and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair elevator systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
• Lead and support junior technicians during installation and maintenance activities
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
