Coordinate the implementation of Right To Play educational projects in selected schools, supporting teachers, staff, and communities through planning, training, monitoring, and partnership building to enhance play-based learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement project activities with partners, teachers, and community stakeholders
- Organize and conduct trainings, workshops, and events
- Monitor field visits and collect qualitative/quantitative data
- Prepare financial and activity reports
- Maintain partnerships and community engagement
- Provide classroom observation and coaching to improve teaching practices
