About the Role

Coordinate the implementation of Right To Play educational projects in selected schools, supporting teachers, staff, and communities through planning, training, monitoring, and partnership building to enhance play-based learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement project activities with partners, teachers, and community stakeholders
  • Organize and conduct trainings, workshops, and events
  • Monitor field visits and collect qualitative/quantitative data
  • Prepare financial and activity reports
  • Maintain partnerships and community engagement
  • Provide classroom observation and coaching to improve teaching practices
