About the Role

The Parts & Service Sales Representative drives parts and service sales growth within the mining sector by cultivating customer relationships, conducting field operations, managing commercial activities, and promoting maintenance programs. The role ensures timely quotations, compliance, and high customer satisfaction while supporting overall business development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage parts and service sales and build long‑term customer relationships
  • Conduct regular site visits and equipment inspections to identify service opportunities
  • Prepare and issue quotations, coordinate order processing, and ensure commercial follow‑up
  • Promote SLAs, preventive maintenance programs, and repair-before-failure solutions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for efficient service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during site visits
