Independent consultancy firm will conduct organizational capacity assessments of 20 Ethiopian organizations, develop practical capacity plans, and provide baseline data to guide future technical assistance for the SunGold project.
Responsibilities
- Assess organizational capacities of 20 selected entities across three Ethiopian regions
- Develop tailored capacity development plans for each organization
- Establish baseline metrics for performance tracking
- Produce comprehensive assessment reports and recommendations
