Responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring warehouse safety and organization, and coordinating with various departments to support efficient material handling.
Responsibilities
- Seek shipping notifications for local and international shipments
- Arrange storage space and facilitate inspection of incoming orders
- Tally physical goods against shipping documents and sign for received shipments
- Prepare GRN via SAP and distribute copies
- Process item requests from departments ensuring proper system authorization
- Dispatch items using FIFO method and maintain warehouse layout
- Ensure safe, clean, and organized warehouse conditions with 6S implementation
- Maintain accurate bin cards and reconcile records with SAP
- Provide periodic stock status reports and conduct cycle counts
- Arrange for physical inventory at month/year end
- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents
