Responsibilities
- Generate weekly PO status reports
- Perform 3-way matching and exception reporting
- Prepare quarterly vendor statements
- Calculate tax liabilities accurately
- Control AP accounts and invoice processing
- Reconcile vendor ledgers with general ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Investigate vendor complaints
- Communicate with supply chain and vendors
