Responsibilities
- Coordinate month‑end count and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly production variance reports for management
- Investigate gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Produce weekly consumption reports comparing actual costs to standards
- Maintain standard cost data and perform adjustments with the production team
- Report fixed expenses per line and advise on optimal output
- Generate monthly insurance reports
- Provide financial support for major projects and new initiatives
- Conduct due diligence and ROI analysis for new ventures
- Lead annual budgeting process across departments
- Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives
- Anticipate business challenges and regulatory issues
- Develop financial models to guide company strategy
