About the Role

The Electrical Maintenance Technician maintains plant equipment, performs troubleshooting and repairs, and ensures production continuity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work orders for planned maintenance
• Collect technical documentation
• Acquire spare parts and tools
• Prioritize jobs to maximize production efficiency
• Coordinate plant stoppage permissions
• Provide schedule feedback
• Execute daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities
• Isolate equipment per safety procedures
• Carry out repair tasks per work orders
• Commission equipment post-maintenance
• Investigate failures and implement corrective actions
• Repair breakdowns minimizing downtime
• Escalate unresolved issues
• Complete maintenance reports
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Conduct shift handovers
• Participate in meetings
• Coach operators on autonomous maintenance
