Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized document control system
- Register, classify, and archive documents
- Ensure proper numbering, version control, and formatting
- Collaborate with QA/QC and EHS Managers to automate review cycles
- Issue controlled copies to departments
- Track distribution and current versions
- Withdraw obsolete documents
- Maintain archive records
- Support audits
- Align procedures with ISO requirements
- Log revisions, approvals, and distribution
- Protect confidential documents
- Update documentation following CAPA
