Accountant

About the Role

The Accountant manages day-to-day financial operations across manufacturing, coffee roasting, and retail cafe businesses, ensuring accurate records, reconciliations, inventory management, tax filings, and financial reporting using Peachtree Accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records across all business divisions using Peachtree Accounting
• Track and analyze manufacturing and coffee roasting production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads
• Oversee and reconcile inventory data between manufacturing, roasting facility, and cafe retail outlets
• Perform daily and monthly bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Ensure retail cafe POS data aligns with the main ledger
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Employee Income Tax) in compliance with regulations
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
