The Project Coordinator will oversee end-to-end management of RPC’s programs across Oromia and Amhara, from proposal development and fundraising through implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, while coordinating closely with senior staff and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and direct all RPC projects in Oromia and Amhara regions from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project work plans, budgets, and implementation schedules
- Lead the preparation of funding proposals and concept notes for new projects
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities from local and international donors
- Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and systems for all projects
- Conduct regular field visits to project sites in Oromia and Amhara regions
- Compile and prepare high-quality periodic and final project reports
- Coordinate with government offices, community structures, and partner organizations
