- Draft proposal sections such as background, justification, objectives and activities
- Conduct donor and sector research
- Support budget development with finance teams
- Assist in preparing logframes and implementation plans
- Edit and format proposals to professional standards
- Maintain templates, databases and documentation systems
- Track submission deadlines and follow up
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Compile annexes and supporting documents for submissions
- Participate in brainstorming new project ideas
