About the Role

The role involves drafting and editing donor proposals, researching funding opportunities, coordinating budgets, and managing proposal documentation to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft proposal sections such as background, justification, objectives and activities
  • Conduct donor and sector research
  • Support budget development with finance teams
  • Assist in preparing logframes and implementation plans
  • Edit and format proposals to professional standards
  • Maintain templates, databases and documentation systems
  • Track submission deadlines and follow up
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners
  • Compile annexes and supporting documents for submissions
  • Participate in brainstorming new project ideas
