The Office Engineer supports construction projects by managing documentation, scheduling, payment analysis, reporting, and site communication to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project plans.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bill of Quantity for each site
- Review and approve agreements
- Adjust, print and distribute drawings
- Create master and monthly project schedules
- Analyze sub‑contractor and labor payments biweekly
- Approve temporary subcontractor payments
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate material requests with management and purchaser
- Communicate with site engineers
- Report all work to superiors
