About the Role

The Office Engineer supports construction projects by managing documentation, scheduling, payment analysis, reporting, and site communication to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project plans.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bill of Quantity for each site
  • Review and approve agreements
  • Adjust, print and distribute drawings
  • Create master and monthly project schedules
  • Analyze sub‑contractor and labor payments biweekly
  • Approve temporary subcontractor payments
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinate material requests with management and purchaser
  • Communicate with site engineers
  • Report all work to superiors
