The General Foreman supervises daily construction activities, coordinates subcontractors and labor teams, ensures compliance with project schedules and quality standards, and reports site status to the Site Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and direct labor teams
- Coordinate subcontractors and issue work orders
- Inspect completed works against drawings and specifications
- Ensure proper sequencing of works to meet project schedules
- Assign tasks, monitor attendance, manage materials, and maintain site records
- Enforce PPE usage and quality standards
- Track progress, report delays, and resolve day‑to‑day issues
