The Finance Coordinator manages all financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and national laws, prepares reports, oversees budgeting and audits, and builds partners’ financial capacity within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure financial activities comply with policy, donor regulations, and law
- Develop financial reports and analyses for management and donors
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Disburse staff salaries and ensure tax compliance
- Coordinate external audits and implement corrective actions
- Build capacity of partner organizations in financial management
- Prepare cash forecasts and manage operational cash flow
- Participate in budget development and monitor compliance
- Ensure efficient procurement processes
