The Woreda Officer oversees planning, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive TB care activities in the assigned Woreda, ensuring effective service delivery, data quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate TB screening and treatment activities in the Woreda
- Lead community-based active case finding using digital X-ray with AI
- Manage data collection and reporting through HMIS
- Provide training and mentorship to health workers and volunteers
- Ensure quality of program data and conduct DQA reviews
- Engage stakeholders including local government, NGOs, and community leaders
- Develop work plans aligned with national TB guidelines
