The SWIF‑TB Initiative Zonal Coordinator oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of TB control activities across multiple zones, providing technical support to field teams and ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of community-based TB activities in designated zones
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with project goals
- Build relationships with health departments and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to Woreda TB officers
- Coordinate TB screening using digital X-ray and AI
- Facilitate community mobilization and sensitization
- Conduct training on data quality and HMIS use
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategy adjustments
