About the Role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the Urban TB LON II – SWIF TB Initiative, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, compliance with Ethiopian and USG regulations, and effective financial stewardship across program activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily finance operations and ensure compliance with donor requirements
  • Review and verify financial transactions and coding
  • Manage monthly/annual closing, reconciliations, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and USG regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Analyze budgets and prepare financial reports
  • Coordinate cash flow projections
  • Support financial analysis for program decisions
  • Process payroll and manage provident fund records
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff
  • Provide training to program staff
  • Support internal/external audits
  • Implement audit recommendations
  • Participate in procurement activities
  • Attend organizational meetings
