The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the Urban TB LON II – SWIF TB Initiative, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, compliance with Ethiopian and USG regulations, and effective financial stewardship across program activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance operations and ensure compliance with donor requirements
- Review and verify financial transactions and coding
- Manage monthly/annual closing, reconciliations, and reports
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and USG regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Analyze budgets and prepare financial reports
- Coordinate cash flow projections
- Support financial analysis for program decisions
- Process payroll and manage provident fund records
- Supervise and mentor finance staff
- Provide training to program staff
- Support internal/external audits
- Implement audit recommendations
- Participate in procurement activities
- Attend organizational meetings
