About the Role

The Senior Collateral Valuator will evaluate various properties, prepare comprehensive appraisal reports, and support lending decisions by ensuring compliance with policies and market standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and appraisal of residential, commercial, industrial, and other properties
• Assess collateral assets and prepare valuation reports to support lending and investment decisions
• Perform site inspections and collect property-related data for analysis and evaluation
• Analyze market trends, construction costs, and comparable property values
• Ensure all valuation activities comply with organizational policies and applicable regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed asset appraisal reports with recommendations and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding valuation activities
• Maintain accurate records and update valuation databases and property files
