About the Role

The Training Manager will spearhead the planning, development, and delivery of R&D Group’s training services, driving business growth, curriculum excellence, and client satisfaction across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and growth of training programs
• Develop annual training plans, budgets, and revenue strategies
• Drive business development to secure new contracts and clients
• Design and promote market-driven training products
• Conduct market research and needs assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Manage e-learning content and digital platforms
• Recruit, onboard, and develop trainers and consultants
• Ensure quality assurance of all training delivery
