The Program Officer will manage day-to-day coordination, implementation, and monitoring of entrepreneurship and talent development activities across multiple projects, ensuring efficient delivery of business development, training, and mentorship services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor entrepreneurship and talent development activities across multiple projects
- Track program progress, outputs, outcomes, budgets, and risks
- Serve as primary point of contact for participants, mentors, trainers, and partners
- Maintain project tools such as dashboards and trackers to improve implementation efficiency
- Document and pilot market-driven service models based on beneficiary feedback
- Coordinate training sessions, mentorship matching, and business development workshops
