Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, manage cash flow, supervise staff, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support audits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations (general ledger, AP, AR)
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Supervise junior accounting staff
- Lead preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate reporting and cost control
