About the Role

The Technical Advisor provides strategic leadership and day‑to‑day oversight for HIV care and treatment programs in Addis Ababa, strengthening partner performance, ensuring high‑quality services, and aligning activities with national and donor priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for HIV care and treatment activities
Deliver targeted assistance to local partners
Support planning, budgeting and performance reviews
Strengthen coordination and referral linkages
Promote use of routine data for quality improvement
Collaborate with MERL and quality teams
Prepare technical reports and briefs
