Finance Manager — Financial Accounting & Treasury

About the Role

Responsible for day‑to‑day financial operations in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment, while supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The role includes accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly management accounts
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
• Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Oversee daily cash flow and produce weekly forecasts
• Handle LC openings, amendments, settlements, bank guarantees, and foreign transfers
• Ensure tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit support
• Lead and develop the finance team with strong internal controls
