Responsibilities
- Implement department policies and procedures
- Develop annual plans and budgets
- Design and execute corporate strategy and performance monitoring
- Translate initiatives into project plans and ensure timely completion
- Conduct performance monitoring and evaluation
- Facilitate initiative approvals and report deviations
- Review transformation plan deliverables
- Define work plans for strategic issues
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on strategy implementation
- Support business intelligence and data analysis for decision-making
- Communicate change management plans
- Develop business continuity plans
- Prepare periodic strategy, operational, and project performance reports
- Produce work-unit reports
