Responsibilities

• Implement department policies and procedures
• Develop annual plans and budgets
• Design and execute corporate strategy and performance monitoring
• Translate initiatives into project plans and ensure timely completion
• Conduct performance monitoring and evaluation
• Facilitate initiative approvals and report deviations
• Review transformation plan deliverables
• Define work plans for strategic issues
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on strategy implementation
• Support business intelligence and data analysis for decision-making
• Communicate change management plans
• Develop business continuity plans
• Prepare periodic strategy, operational, and project performance reports
• Produce work-unit reports
