Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, high‑availability network infrastructure for a leading electronic payment processing company in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Implement network policies, procedures and documentation
- Design, set up, install and integrate networks per business needs
- Ensure PCI DSS and security standards compliance
- Build highly available systems
- Manage vendor relationships and SLAs
- Develop and enforce network security and quality procedures
- Participate in infrastructure projects
- Control user privileges and access management
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting
- Plan capacity and business continuity
- Maintain, upgrade and migrate network systems
- Research new technologies
- Backup configuration logs and retention policies
- Provide training and mentoring to staff
- Handle incidents and system issues
