Financial Controller

About the Role

The Financial Controller will oversee comprehensive financial planning, reporting, treasury, cost control, and compliance activities to support strategic decision‑making and maintain statutory obligations for a leading export trading company.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies and plans
• Budgeting and forecasting (short‑term & long‑term)
• Analyze financial/production/sales performance
• Manage P&L and ensure timely decisions
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, banking relationships
• Capital structure management and fundraising
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with statutory audits, tax laws, labor and environmental regulations
• Lead the finance team and conduct regular reviews
• Supervise purchase & procurement functions
• Prepare MIS reports for all departments
• Implement SOPs and internal controls
