The Project Logistics, Administration & Finance Officer will oversee all financial, procurement, and administrative operations at PAD’s Wag Hamra Zone office, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements while supporting staff and field activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage head office financial transactions, procurement, and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in annual audits
- Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and vehicle management
- Support human resources functions including staff onboarding and records
- Lead procurement of project materials and services
- Coordinate field travel and logistics for the branch office
