The Expert Agronomist Officer will lead climate‑resilient agricultural interventions in Dubluk Woreda, coordinating extension services, training, input distribution, and monitoring to enhance food security and livelihood resilience for vulnerable communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of agriculture and livelihood activities
- Coordinate input distribution and irrigated crop production support
- Deliver training and technical assistance to farmers and extension workers
- Strengthen collaboration with district offices and community structures
- Integrate business management and market orientation into farmer support
- Conduct field supervision, assessments and produce regular reports
- Represent PAD in coordination meetings and local platforms
