Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator

About the Role

The role leads training and quality assurance for the rollout of DMPA‑SC self‑injection in Ethiopia, ensuring high‑quality service delivery through capacity building, supportive supervision, data monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for healthcare providers on DMPA‑SC self‑injection and related SRH services
• Conduct supportive supervision visits to assess quality of care and provide coaching
• Monitor stock levels of DMPA‑SC and coordinate redistribution
• Collect, verify, and analyze service delivery data to inform improvement plans
• Maintain documentation of lessons learned and share best practices
• Collaborate with government partners and local health authorities
• Support other RMNCH programs as needed
