The role coordinates the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and training activities for adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health programs across Ethiopia, enhancing provider capacity and ensuring high-quality client services.
Responsibilities
- Lead rollout and monitoring of AYSRH quality and training activities
- Implement QA/QI tools, SOPs, and tracking systems at regional and district levels
- Design, deliver, and refine training packages for healthcare workers and community actors
- Facilitate Training of Trainers sessions
- Monitor provider competencies and promote client-centered services
- Coordinate departmental work plans, budgets, and reporting
- Analyze training effectiveness and service quality data
- Engage stakeholders including government, NGOs, and community structures
- Support standardization of clinical service delivery through manuals and checklists
