Quality and Training Coordinator

About the Role

The Quality and Training Coordinator will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and training initiatives for adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health programs in Ethiopia, strengthening provider capacity and ensuring high‑quality, client‑centered services across regional levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA and training activities across regions
• Design and roll out QA/QI tools and SOPs
• Facilitate ToT sessions for trainers
• Monitor provider competencies and service quality
• Analyze training outcomes and report to stakeholders
• Engage with government and community partners
