Lead and manage MNCH program implementation in South Wollo, providing technical support, training, quality assurance, and data analysis to improve maternal and child health services across selected woredas.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day MNCH activities in designated woredas
- Provide technical support and training to PHUCs, HEWs, and health facilities
- Coordinate with woreda health offices and community structures
- Oversee quality of care, data quality, and monitoring & evaluation
- Build capacity and mentor providers and HEWs
- Support MNCH steering committee operations
- Analyze performance data for evidence‑based decision making
- Facilitate joint supportive supervisions and quarterly reviews
