Project Officer, MNCH

About the Role

Lead and manage MNCH program implementation in South Wollo, providing technical support, training, quality assurance, and data analysis to improve maternal and child health services across selected woredas.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day MNCH activities in designated woredas
• Provide technical support and training to PHUCs, HEWs, and health facilities
• Coordinate with woreda health offices and community structures
• Oversee quality of care, data quality, and monitoring & evaluation
• Build capacity and mentor providers and HEWs
• Support MNCH steering committee operations
• Analyze performance data for evidence‑based decision making
• Facilitate joint supportive supervisions and quarterly reviews
