About the Role

Lead the rollout, coordination, and monitoring of malaria interventions within Ethiopia’s RMNCH framework, ensuring alignment with national priorities and strengthening health system capacity across community and facility levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and monitoring of malaria activities across regions and woredas
• Strengthen capacity of providers and community health workers through mentorship and coaching
• Manage routine MEL activities and support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and standardize tools, protocols, and reporting mechanisms
• Facilitate joint planning and supervision sessions to promote cross-learning
