The Medical Doctor / Clinic Head will oversee all clinical operations at Tihut Medium Clinic in Addis Ababa, delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services, managing emergencies, coordinating referrals, and driving quality improvement while leading a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinic team operations
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults and children
- Manage MCH, SRH, NCDs, and HIV services
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
- Perform minor surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate medical records
- Analyze patient data for quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with program standards and regulations
- Support community outreach and health promotion initiatives
