About the Role

The Director of Evidence & Learning will provide strategic leadership for evidence generation, measurement, and adaptive learning across PSI‑Ethiopia’s multi-sector programs, ensuring data-driven decision-making, robust M&E systems, and knowledge dissemination to optimize health impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead evidence strategy and M&E across multi-sector programs
• Design and implement robust M&E systems aligned with donor and national standards
• Oversee operational, implementation, and evaluation research studies
• Manage a high-performing Evidence & Learning team
• Drive data governance, quality assurance, and digital health integration
• Represent PSI in national/global forums on M&E and learning
• Support business development and resource mobilization efforts
• Foster stakeholder engagement and partnership building
