The role involves designing and executing a rapid baseline assessment for RMNCH and malaria programs across multiple Ethiopian regions, analyzing health data systems, and preparing comprehensive technical and financial proposals to support PSI’s implementation of community engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mixed-method rapid baseline assessments across selected woredas
- Analyze DHIS2 and CHIS/eCHIS data to inform program design
- Develop technical proposals for RMNCH and malaria interventions
- Prepare financial proposals and documentation of eligibility
- Engage with local health system stakeholders to strengthen community engagement models
- Assess supply chain and workforce needs
- Write and submit bid documents in compliance with PSI requirements
