The Project Manager-SRH Alliance will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a multi-partner SRH programme in Ethiopia, ensuring high-quality implementation, financial oversight, partnership management and evidence-based programming while upholding safeguarding and gender equality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, implementation and reporting in Ethiopia
- Manage partnership coordination and governance structures
- Oversee financial management, compliance and reporting
- Strengthen MERL systems and promote evidence-based programming
- Build capacity of partners and strengthen partnerships
- Ensure safeguarding and gender equality policies are embedded
- Engage stakeholders including donors, government institutions and strategic partners
